You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:

Unused and unworn.

In its original condition without any damage.

With the original tag, packaging, and wrapping.

Unwashed or unaltered in any way.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the same conditions as exchanges.

The product will be inspected after we receive it to ensure that it meets the return requirements before the refund is processed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they:

Have been used or washed.

Have been damaged due to use.

Have been altered or modified.د

Do not have the original tag or packaging.

📦 Defective Products

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. The issue will be handled according to MAGDA's policy.
